She mostly just provides breakfast. I don't think the milk is eating into her profits much, since: (a) I don't eat as much as she was originally prepared to provide me, by a lot, and (b) this program has paid pretty well for everything so far, so I'm betting that this is a pretty good deal for the host families no matter what.
